In Singapore, public spaces usually filled with the lively chatter of migrant worker revolve around gathering in groups for recreational activities on the weekend. According to the Singapore department's statistic, close to 40 per cent of the Singapore population are non-resident, including immigrant, foreign worker, and domestic helper. It has accounted that almost a quarter of the people contribute significantly to Singapore and the local workforce. Plus, as the word 'migrant worker', they are constantly being mistreated or discriminated against has become a social ethos. Hence, they are playing a vital role in our daily community and everyday lives. Just like they exist in our daily lives community, they also need our emotional support. This thesis aims to provide them with a better nation that embraces and celebrates the presence of migrant workers, bridging together the synergies of both migrant and local community.

Throughout the analytical analysis, Little India is one of the congregation points where most of the migrant and Indian worker will gather. Tekka Center was built in the early '80s. It is a multi-use building that boasting var- ious commercial programs such as the hawker centre, wet market and shops. It is also a residential and commercial space that can accom- modate a large group of people, be- coming a landmark in Little India.

Proposed Programmatic
The proposed program was derived from the data analysis and distribute to the target audience with 3 major components:

/ Socialization
- Food center, grocery market and thrift shop acting as a catalyst in building the connection and relationships.
/ Recreation
- Exposition area and hairdresser provides addition- al recreational activities that cater to the migrant worker.
/ Wellness & Upskilling
- Training and meditation center allows the migrant worker to revalue themselves by bringing them into the part of community.
